Memories
Kyle Smith Comedian July 15, 2013

Michele was my first introduction to a funny person.... She loved to make people smile and laugh and whenever she was around I knew it would be fun. She was an genuine person with lots of love to share with everyone and  I know she admired her Dad, Mom and her siblings alot... She adored her children and she seemed like she wanted to make her family proud.. I wish she could meet Odin Smith my little baby boy.
MISS YOU! (note from Gramma: She would adored Odin and been the best Great Aunt to him !
Susan Schmidt JOY NOTES AT CHRISTMAS December 20, 2012

Today I was looking through some Christmas items and found this beautiful little book that Michele had given to me at Christmas 2002. It was the time after Ethan and Nikki had moved back to Oregon, Ethan was just a baby and we were
so sad that he was so far away from us, he was our youngest grandchild at that time. Michele had written in the book
so very sweet words to us and I will write them here:  "If I could give you any gift in the world I'd give you the gift of....
a stress free world, a country garden far away from the city, but most of all I'd like to bring you Ethan back....he needs
his Gramma and Grampa. A Christmas prayer for you, I pray that you find peace and joy! Especially Peace. I pray that you have God's hand in all things and everlasting love. Love, Michele" That was so special to me and David. We sure miss her,
her laugh, her care for the ones she loved. We love you Micheley....Dad and Mom
Mom, Susie Michele is the beauty in the flowers !

Michele loved to grow flowers in her yard and she was so happy to show them to us, she had a real talent in decorating her home. I remember going to her home at Christmas time, the house was decorated so bright and warm. We played games and Michele would entertain as the most beautiful hostess. She loved to show her love by making others comfortable, and that is no easy task.

I made a Memorial Flower Garden in Michele's honor, it is a beautiful place to reflect on the joy of life, and Michele was a joy in our lives. Forever Michele, we love you.

Susan Schmidt Precious Memories How They Linger

Michele had come to visit me for Mother's Day, she looked so pretty as she always did. She loved to dress nice, with her hair done and lipstick on. She had brought me perfume and the good smelling things from Bath & Body. Michele loved the feminine things of our society. I can't remember our whole conversation, but I do remember that we told each other that we loved one another, that is the most important part. Andrew and Asia were with her, they had run out to jump on the trampoline as usual.

Her Dad, David told Michele how beautiful she looked and Michele brushed it off with a comment she was going on a diet, and yet she looked perfect.
